Ben has been licensed to practice law in California since 1997 and admitted before the courts of California and the Eastern District of the Federal District Court. He is member of the Trust and Estates Section of the State bar and a speaker for the Section’s “Educating Seniors Project”. He is also a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association (SCBA), the Probate and Estates Section of the SCBA, and has been a past Chair of the SCBA Construction Law Section (2004-2005) and an arbitrator for the SCBA’s Attorney-Client Fee Arbitration Program.
