As a Board Certified specialist in Elder Law, along with being a Guardianship, Tax, Estate Planning & Probate Attorney, I have spent several years at prestigious local South Florida law firms. Previous to that, my initial years were spent in the first tier accounting firms (Big 8) of Deloitte and Touche and KPMG as director of their Personal Financial Planning practices.
While I still engage in all areas of estate planning and probate, at Ginsberg Shulman, PL, I have passionately focused my practice on protecting South Florida’s elderly and incapacitated from financial exploitation and abuse.
